Mr. Jasbir Singh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production and a Master’s in Business Administration and carries over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing of consumer durables and electronics. He has been awarded the honour of ‘Man of Appliances’ by CEAMA (Consumer Electronics and Appliances Manufacturers Association) in 2018 for his remarkable contribution towards the progression of the Indian Appliances industry.
He also serves on several industry bodies enabling advocacy for the industry’s growth, including.
Mr. Daljit Singh is the Managing Director and also the co-promoter of the company.
Mr. Singh played instrumental role towards the transformational growth of the company on the multiple fronts including the customer acquisitions, strategic developments, production expansion, geographic & capacity expansion, product innovation and diversification into new business segments. Under the astute / illustrious leadership the company seamlessly acquired, integrated and substantially scaled up multiple in-organic growth opportunities into Amber Group.
He has enabled the operational excellence, technological advancements, new product line up, and continuous innovation over the past decade. Owing to his keen interest, he spearheads the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) way forward path and adoption into the group. Mr. Gupta is the CEO of the Consumer Durable division. He also serves as the Whole Time Director of the Company
He has been instrumental in leading the Consumer Durable Division, playing a crucial role in its growth and helping it become one of the largest and most backward integrated RAC manufacturers in the country through strategic initiatives. Under his leadership the company grew multi-fold driven by acquisition of customers, product offerings expansion, talent management, talent management and entering the commercial AC segment.
He is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience in consumer durable industry, and has earlier worked with LG and Godrej.
Mr. Gupta holds an engineering degree and several professional development certifications, including a PGDM in Business Administration, a Black Belt in Six Sigma, Toyota Production System Certification, and expertise in Lean Manufacturing.
He is the Chairman of Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and member of Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
He has over thirty-one years of experience in the consumer industry with extensive board experience. He has held key positions in top management, general management and marketing across the geographies of Asia pacific and Europe.
Mr. Uppal holds Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and Master’s degree in Business Administration from FMS Delhi. He has also completed a Program for Executive Development from I.M.D. Lausanne, Switzerland in 2003.
She is the chairperson of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Risk Management Committee and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Committee and member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of the Company. She has been Inducted as a Board member with effect from 19 September 2024
Ms. Sabina Bhavnani is having 30+ years of experience across Corporate Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate Finance. She is MBA in Finance from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
He is the Chairman of Audit Committee and member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company. He has been Inducted as a Board member with effect from 19 September 2024.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (‘ICAI’).
Mr. Prakash Iyer carries in-depth knowledge and experience of 29 years across the financial services domain and his expertise is investing & capital raising, M&A, Expert in turnarounds, Team Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy. He holds a bachelor’s and Master’s degree in commerce from Pune University
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Arora is the Whole Time Director of IL JIN Electronics.
He played a pivotal role towards laying a blueprint and execution of EMS biz for Amber Group. Under his leadership the Electronics Division achieved new scales and established itself as a leading player in the EMS industry. He enabled the entry of EMS division into newer segments and adding many new customers.
He also played an important role in the entry into the PCB business with an acquisition of Ascent Circuits. He continues to spearhead the Electronics Division, driving growth, innovation and operational excellence.

Mr. Arora is a results-driven Electrical Engineer with specialisation in Electronics and Television Technology, and carries four decades of experience in leading Indian and multinational companies, like Onida, LG, and Amber Group. Proven track record of excellence in manufacturing, after-sales service, sales, and greenfield projects. Awardee of the prestigious “Productivity Man of the Year” award among all LG Electronics subsidiaries.
Mr. Udaiveer Singh is the Managing Director of Sidwal Refrigeration Industries.
Mr. Singh has been associated with the company for more than three decades and has played crucial role for the growth of Amber Group including the customer additions, strategic planning and heading the business units. He has been pivotal in establishing new collaborations including technological transfer arrangement and forging new Joint Venture with renowned Multi-National Companies.
Under his leadership Sidwal attained new scales and expanded horizons of product portfolio beyond HVAC to include Pantry, Doors and Gangways. On the customer fronts, he spearheaded the expansion into new customer segments including Metro, Bus AC, defence etc.
Mr. Singh holds a diploma in mechanical engineering and carries over 32 years of manufacturing industry experience.
Mr. Sudhir Goyal is the Chief Financial Officer at Amber. He has been the financial architect of the company steering the adoption of the best practices in finance function to support the rapid growth of the group.
A chartered Accountant with more two decades of experience, Mr. Goyal has strong expertise in the Finance, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Raising, Tax planning, Financial Controls and Risk Management.
He has been associated with the company since October 2012, and successfully led capital market initiatives of securing several funding rounds, Initial Public Offer (IPO) and Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to fuel the growth of the company.
Mr. Goyal has made considerable contributions towards identifying, evaluating and executing the inorganic opportunities for Amber.
Ms. Konica Yaadav is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Amber. While heading the Company’s compliance department, she has been pivotal in adoption of best practices of corporate governance and ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical protocols.
A Company Secretary with more than a decade of experience, Ms. Yaadav has strong expertise in compliance management, corporate law, policy formulation and implementation, managing confidential information and ensuring smooth board operations.
She has been associated with the company since 2014, and has successfully led, Initial Public Offer (IPO), Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), acquisitions & collaborations from secretarial front and along with handling all the Compliances, she is leading the Amber’s ESG Journey
Ms. Yaadav has made considerable contributions towards identifying and evaluating that the Company complies with the law and its own regulations.
