Mr. Sanjay Arora is CEO of Eelctronic Division of Amber. He has been associated with our Company since July 23, 2012 and has more than 37 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He is responsible for the Electronics Division of Amber currently comprising of ILJIN Electronics and EVER Electronics. He is also responsible for heading innovation, security and legal matters of our Company.
He holds an electrical engineer with specialisation in electronics and television technology from the YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad.
Mr. Udaiveer Singh is CEO of Mobility Division of Amber. He has been associated with our Company since 15th December 2003 and has over 26 years of experience manufacturing industry. He is also serving as the Managing Director of Sidwal Refrigeration Industries Private Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Amber. He is responsible for the planning and operation of the RAC manufacturing facilities of our Company.
He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Board of Technical Education U.P.

Mr. Sachin Gupta is CEO of RAC & CAC Division of Amber. He has been associated with our Company since 1st November 2014 and has over 17 years of experience in manufacturing industry. He is responsible for business development in our Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Punjab Technical University and a Master’s degree in Business administration from All India Institute of Management Studies, Chennai.
Mr. Sudhir Goyal is Chief Financial office of Amber. He has been associated with our Company since 23rd October 2012 and has over 17 years of experience in the finance function within the manufacturing sector. He is the head of finance and accounts department of our Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Hons.) from University of Delhi. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Ms. Konica Yadav, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Amber.
She has been associated with our Company since 27th September 2014 and has over nine years of experience in the secretarial field. She is responsible for the legal and secretarial work of the Company.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London.
