Mr. Sudhir Goyal is Chief Financial office of Amber. He has been associated with our Company since 23rd October 2012 and has over 17 years of experience in the finance function within the manufacturing sector. He is the head of finance and accounts department of our Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Hons.) from University of Delhi. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Ms. Konica Yadav, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Amber.
She has been associated with our Company since 27th September 2014 and has over nine years of experience in the secretarial field. She is responsible for the legal and secretarial work of the Company.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London.
